Non-Crosslinked Recyclable PEF Shrink Film from China Suppliers - High-Quality Factory Production
Product Advantage
Compared with POF and Cross-linked Shrink Film, the transparency of PEF is significantly superior under the same optical conditions. The packaging effect is excellent, making it ideal for high-end products and compatible with automatic and semi-automatic packaging machinery.
Suggested Temperature: 135-150℃
(Note: Adjustments may be required based on specific packaging machine temperature and transmission speed.)
Compared to traditional POF shrink film, PEF delivers a superior shrinking outcome with soft corners and strong sealing. The softness of PEF is increased by approximately 40%. Performance data is very close to cross-linked film, ensuring corners after shrinking remain small and soft.
In silicone oil tests (120℃-150℃), PEF's shrinkage rate exceeds POF and rivals cross-linked films. At 115°C, PEF achieves the highest shrinkage rate among the three types, reaching over 50%, demonstrating excellent low-temperature performance.
PEF's exceptional low-temperature shrinkage performance offers significant potential cost-saving opportunities for enterprise production by reducing energy consumption during the packaging process.
In haze testing, PEF shrink film data is just 2.8%. This indicates excellent light transmittance, which is up to 45% higher than both POF and standard cross-linked films.
The machine direction (MD) and transverse direction (TD) tensile strength of PEF reaches more than 100 Mpa, providing superior tensile properties and flexibility for secure packaging.
